Every alert opens the government’s own PDF.
Three sections. Only one of them pays.
We read all three, because the numbering is independent and a notice can land anywhere. But it is worth being clear about which one matters.
Public service
Appointments, promotions, retirements and job vacancies. Almost never a business obligation — which is why a dated item in this section is a job-application closing date, not something you must file.
Courts, companies, bankruptcies
The commercial content. Voluntary liquidations, creditors’ meetings, liquidator appointments, court applications, share capital reductions, merger notifications, strike-off lists. This is the section a practice is paid to watch.
Tenders
Public procurement notices with closing dates. An opportunity feed rather than a compliance feed, so it is treated separately in the product.
Each section carries its own issue numbering. On the same publication date the three sections showed three different numbers — so an issue number alone never tells you what you are looking at.
English pages, Greek content
The sources are Greek, not the interface
Tender titles render in Greek even on the English interface. The Gazette states plainly that its content is available in Greek only. Departmental feeds carry Greek channel titles on English paths.
So reading is the product
Every notice is read in Greek and delivered in English, with the original one click away. If you would rather have it the other way round, Gazette alerts and the deadlines taken from them can be written in Greek instead — one setting, changed whenever you like. The other sources stay English.
What we do not monitor
Published as plainly as the coverage above, because a gap you know about is worth more than a promise you don’t.
The company registry itself
Dissolutions and document filings taken directly from the Registrar are not monitored. What the Gazette publishes is what we cover today — and not all of that: its Fifth Annex, which records strike-off outcomes, is not read either.
The Tax Department, first-hand
The Gazette carries no tax or VAT notices at all, so tax announcements are read through ΟΕΒ’s republication — which works, but means anything ΟΕΒ does not republish never reaches us. A feed taken from the department’s own site is the gap.
Anything behind a login
If a source requires an account to read, we do not read it.
Legislation as a library
Monitoring tells you what changed. A searchable law library is a different product and is being scoped separately.
