Ten minutes to set up. Then nothing.
Tell us your clients
By CSV or one at a time, with registration numbers and sectors.
We read everything
Fetched, read in full, summarised in plain English, then scored Critical, Important or FYI.
You get told
An email whenever something new is published, with anything naming your clients at the top.
Deadline calendar
Dates pulled from notices, filed against the client named, closest first — plus the thirteen recurring Cyprus statutory dates.
Prepare for client
One click builds a block you can send: what was published, which company, the date to act by, the PDF. It copies to your clipboard — we never email your clients.
What happens while nobody is watching
A lock is taken
One run at a time, enforced by the database. Two runs can never overlap and double-deliver.
Sources are fetched
Gazette, CySEC, Bar Association, tenders — each in turn. One source failing never stops the others.
New items only
Everything is de-duplicated against what we already hold, so nothing is summarised or sent twice.
Read and scored
Each new notice is read in full, summarised in English, and given a level.
Dates extracted
Any dated obligation becomes a calendar entry, filed against the client it names.
Matched to your register
Then delivered — your companies first, above everything else published that day.
The parts you use every week
Deadline calendar
Every dated obligation in one view, closest first, with the client it belongs to. Add your own dates with a note. Mark one done and it moves to completed with the date it was closed — reopen it if it comes back.
The Cyprus statutory dates
The thirteen recurring dates sit in the same calendar, clearly marked as the standing obligations they are. They are the same for every business in Cyprus, so we show them as exactly that — not as something we found for you.
Ask a question
A built-in assistant that answers across everything published, scoped strictly to your own firm’s data. It cannot see another firm’s register.
Your whole team
Each colleague gets their own login and the same alerts, deadlines and register. Email alerts go to the account owner; everyone else reads them in the dashboard. Billing and settings stay with the owner.
Ten minutes, and we do most of it
We set your firm up
Account, sections, and your register imported from whatever format you have.
First run
You see the last weeks of publications immediately, already matched against your register.
Your verdict
No card is held, so nothing is charged. You tell us whether it is worth paying for.
